"Deals Didn’t Really Feel Like Deals"
I was browsing Country Door during a promo, and I don’t know, maybe I was expecting more, but the prices still seemed kind of high to me. A few discounts looked decent at first, but once I noticed the shipping costs and exclusions, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore. They do have cute stuff, for sure, but I’m not convinced the sale was that great.

"Order updates were alright, haha"
I got my order in the end, so no big issue there, haha. The only thing was the emails felt a bit slow and weren’t always super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at times.

"The styles are cute at first glance..."
The styles are cute at first glance, but I was a little disappointed because some of the designs feel kind of dated. I was hoping for something a bit more fresh and modern.

I’m always a little nervous about getting fooled by catalogs that make everything look better than it is, but this one was actually fun to flip through. I found cute stuff quickly, and it was easy to browse without feeling overwhelming.

"Faster shipping than I’m used to"
My order showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve ordered from, the shipping felt fast. The tracking updates weren’t perfect, but they were good enough to know what was going on. One of the boxes was a little beat up when it arrived, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine.

They do have really cute things, and I did find something I liked, but of course my size was already sold out again. Kind of annoying, but I guess that’s just how it goes with popular items.

I ordered this from Country Door and it looked nice, but the size wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. The measurements online seemed close enough, just a bit off in person. I made it work, but I’d probably double-check next time.

"Honestly, the selection was limited"
I was hoping there would be more to choose from, but the selection was kind of disappointing. A lot of the items looked really similar, and the few things I actually liked either only came in limited colors or weren’t available at all. It felt more like picking through leftovers than shopping at a real store. I gave it some time, but i ended up leaving and looking somewhere else. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

I ordered a small decor piece from Country Door, and while the item itself was really cute, the box showed up looking like it had been through a lot. I’ve had cheaper items from other stores arrive with way more padding, so the loose paper sliding around inside felt bare minimum.

It wasn’t completely destroyed, but one corner was chipped, which was frustrating. For what I paid in shipping, I expected it to be packed better. Cute item, just not the best delivery experience.

"Order looked right on paper, but wasn’t"
I ordered a couple of things from Country Door, and at first I figured everything was fine because the packing slip matched what I bought. I usually just go by that and assume the rest is right. But one item came in the wrong color, and another was a completely different size. Not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating having to spend time fixing a mistake that wasn’t mine.

"Refund dragged on longer than expected"
I ordered a few things from Country Door and ended up sending a couple of them back. The actual return process wasn’t bad, and the package tracking showed it got there, so I figured the refund would show up soon after. But then I kept checking my account every day, sometimes more than once, and it just wasn’t there. It was one of those annoying things where you notice the same missing amount over and over again.

Customer service did answer when I reached out, but the response was basically to give it more time. I eventually got the refund, so it worked out in the end, but it felt like it took way longer than it should have. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless it was something I really wanted and couldn’t find elsewhere.

"Website is honestly frustrating"
I actually like some of the stuff they sell, but using the website was kind of a pain. Pages were loading super slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way they should, which got ridiculous after a while.

Checkout wasn’t much better either. It felt clunky, and I had to go back and fix things more than once before I could finish. The site works, but it definitely needs some serious cleanup.

The quality is actually good overall. Like, I wasn’t expecting perfection, and yeah, it’s not 100% flawless or anything, but it’s still solid enough that I had a tiny dramatic moment over how decent it turned out
